Counsel Kathiana Aurelien has been named among the 2023 “Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Kathiana was profiled in a special supplement recognizing the leadership and accomplishments of the top labor and employment practitioners in the Los Angeles region. She represents industry-leading clients in an array of labor and employment matters, including sensitive executive separation matters, compliance issues, and in developing, implementing and enforcing personnel policies. Kathiana also advises on the employment implications of corporate transactions, and has extensive experience working with clients on workplace investigations, evaluating worker classification issues and implementing reductions-in-force.
The publication noted that Kathiana is a thought leader in the field and regularly provides commentary on emerging issues in employment law. She is also a leader in the legal community, and currently serves on the board of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Inc. as an Officer and Committee Co-Chair and is the Co-Chair of the Pro Bono and Community Outreach Committee for the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association.
