Associates Folakemi Greene and Brianna McRae have been named among the winners of the 2023 Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) 40 Under 40 Awards.
Folakemi (Kemi) and Brianna were honored among the “40 inspiring Black women under the age of 40 in asset management” who are excelling in their careers and as role models for the next generation of diverse talent. They are among the honorees of the Legal & Compliance category and were recognized for their leadership in technological innovation and in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the law, respectively.
Kemi Greene is an associate in the Asset Management Department in London. She regularly advises leading sponsors on fund formations and other sophisticated transactions, including co-investments and secondary transactions.
Brianna McRae is an associate in the Asset Management Department in New York. Brianna's practice focuses on representing asset managers in the structuring, documenting, offering and operation of private investment funds and ongoing fund operations.
