Willkie has been named “Firm of the Year” for Private Equity Law and partners Eduardo J. Fernandez and Nathalie Duguay received “Lawyer of the Year” honors in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in France.™
Based on peer review, the recognitions highlight Willkie’s market-leading capabilities in Paris and the standing of the firm and its lawyers in the broader legal and business community.
Eduardo J. Fernandez, co-managing partner of Willkie's Paris office and co-head of Willkie's European Committee, was named “Lawyer of the Year” in both the Corporate Law and Venture Capital Law categories.
Nathalie Duguay, a partner in the Asset Management Department, was named “Lawyer of the Year” in Investment Funds.
They are among just 91 “Lawyer of the Year” honorees out of more than 3,200 attorneys recognized in the 2024 survey. The honor goes to the lawyer with the highest overall voter feedback for a particular practice area and region.
In addition, Best Lawyers recognized 23 other attorneys in Willkie’s Paris office for excellence in their respective practice areas.
