Maud Boukhris, an associate in Willkie’s Antitrust & Competition Department in Paris, has been named to Law.com International’s “Rising Stars: Europe's Best Up-and-Coming Female Lawyers 2023.”
She was recognized among the top 25 future female leaders in law across Continental Europe and Ireland, and is one of only seven honorees in the Paris market. The series highlights the women under the age of 40 who are “the best and brightest” practitioners in Europe.
The publication selected Maud as one of the next-generation leaders of competition law, noting her accomplishments advising marquee clients on complex transactions, including PAI Partners’ approximately $3.3 billion acquisition of Tropicana, Naked and other juice brands from PepsiCo. It also highlighted her work advising CMA CGM on the sale of a portfolio of 10 port terminals to Terminal Link.
Law.com International also recognized Maud, a cancer survivor, as a mentor and role model at Willkie and driving force for diversity in the legal profession.
