Alex Weingarten, Managing Partner of Willkie’s Los Angeles office and Chair of the firm’s Entertainment Litigation Practice, has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “LA500 2023,” a list of the most influential business leaders in Los Angeles.
The publication noted that Alex is a leading commercial trial lawyer who represents clients in all facets of entertainment, probate and business litigation. LABJ recognized his record of success in “bet the company” cases and high-profile disputes, noting that he has now appeared on the LA500 for five years in a row.
Alex is widely recognized as one of the entertainment industry’s foremost trial attorneys and as a leader in the broader business community. His other recent honors include being named to Billboard’s “2023 Top Music Lawyers,” The American Lawyer’s “2022 West Trailblazers” and Variety’s “Legal Impact Report 2022.”
