Partner Debra M. Sinclair has been named an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts for 2023. She is among just 12 attorneys under the age of 40 recognized for their work on the industry’s notable bankruptcies and restructurings.
Debra was recognized for her leadership and achievements in an array of complex restructurings over the past year, including advising the independent directors of cinema chain Regal Entertainment Group on the chapter 11 cases of parent Cineworld Group plc. The publication also noted her representation of SL Green, New York City’s largest commercial landlord and joint owner of the commercial office tower located at 245 Park Avenue, in the chapter 11 cases of PWM Property Management, LLC.
Turnarounds & Workouts also highlighted Debra’s role advising the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the respective chapter 11 restructurings of Scandinavian airline SAS AB and of Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V., Mexico’s flagship carrier, among other significant matters.
