Alan Epstein, Chair of Willkie’s Entertainment Transactions Practice, has been named to The Hollywood Reporter’s “Power Lawyers 2023,” an annual list of the top 100 attorneys in the entertainment industry.
He was again recognized among the “entertainment dealmakers and litigators at the top of their game,” and profiled for leading some of Hollywood’s most significant transactions. The publication highlighted Alan’s recent work advising longtime client Ryan Reynolds on the sale of Mint Mobile to T-Mobile as part of a $1.35 billion transaction, as well as on the $610 million sale of Aviation Gin to Diageo in 2020. The Hollywood Reporter also highlighted Alan’s recent representation of Plan B Entertainment, Brad Pitt’s award-winning production company, in its sale of a significant stake to Mediawan.
