Alan Epstein, Chair of Willkie’s Entertainment Transactions Practice, has been named to The Hollywood Reporter’s “2022 Power Dealmakers.” The series spotlights the top attorneys and executives driving the entertainment industry’s leading-edge transactions.
As part of the award, Alan was recognized as one of the foremost “Brand Builders” in the industry and the “go-to attorney for stars using their social capital to build business empires.”
The publication noted his recent representation of Ryan Reynolds’ creative marketing agency, Maximum Effort Marketing, in its sale to performance television platform Mountain Digital, and highlighted his work for several A-list clients. Alan also recently advised Plan B Entertainment, the premier production company co-founded and led by Brad Pitt, in its partnership with Mediawan.
