The Firm’s IP Department is highlighted as a destination for leading patent litigators in 2021.
Willkie has been ranked among the top five law firms that grew their patent litigation practices the most in 2021 by IP analytics company Patexia, Inc. The Firm was noted for bringing in several prominent patent litigators through lateral hires recently, making it one of the industry’s burgeoning patent litigation practice groups.
The publication highlighted Willkie’s recent additions of Indranil “Indy” Mukerji, who joined as Head of Tech Patent Litigation, and Krista Schwartz, Co-Chair of Patent and Other IP Litigation.
In addition, Willkie has expanded its nationwide IP Department with the addition of several other prominent patent litigation partners including Sara Tonnies Horton, Michael G. Babbitt, Barrington Dyer, Jonathan Patchen and Stephen Marshall.
