Michelle Clark, a partner in Willkie’s Antitrust & Competition Litigation practice in London, has been named to the “Rising Stars 2022: The UK's Best Up and Coming Female Lawyers” by Law.com International.
Michelle is among just 25 lawyers in the UK under age 40 recognized as “the next generation of female legal powerhouses.” The publication highlighted her work advising Daimler AG in seeking cartel damages arising from the European Commission’s antitrust investigation of the roll on, roll off shipping industry.
Michelle has excelled in her practice and built a record of success in major competition litigation. In addition to collective actions, cartel damages and abuse of dominance claims, Michelle focuses on UK and EU regulatory investigations and GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018 compliance and litigation.
Asked for her advice to young female lawyers, Michelle stressed the importance of stepping forward and embracing leadership opportunities. “Don’t be afraid to take some risks,” she said.
