The publication noted Willkie’s success over the past year advising leading private equity firms on significant investments across Latin America. Latinvex highlighted Willkie’s representation of Insight Partners in its investments in Nuvemshop, a leading Latin American e-commerce platform, and Pomelo, a fintech startup based in Buenos Aires. It also noted Willkie’s role advising Greycroft in its investment in Addi, a fintech and digital commerce startup based in Bogota and São Paulo, among other notable deals.
