Tiffany Lee, partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and managing partner of Willkie’s Palo Alto office, has received the Collaborative Leadership Award from Corporate Counsel as part of its 2021 Women, Influence and Power in Law series.
The awards honor general counsel, in-house leaders and law firm partners who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law and personal dedication to promoting diversity in the legal industry. The honorees will be recognized at an awards dinner on October 7th, as part of Corporate Counsel’s Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference in Washington, DC.
Ms. Lee helped launch Willkie’s Palo Alto office—its first on the West Coast—in December 2018. An effective dealmaker for the Firm’s technology clients, Ms. Lee has led some of the most notable tech industry deals this past year. An advocate for women and diverse attorneys across the Firm, she drives diversity efforts in recruitment and serves as a mentor to associates throughout the Palo Alto office. She is an active proponent in the legal and technology industries on the advancement of women and minorities and currently serves as a diversity leader on the 2020-2021 Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation for the State of California, which assists the Governor in the judicial selection process.
