Partner Morgan McDevitt is recognized in The Deal’s “Top Rising Stars: Class of 2021.” This prestigious listing honors newly elected partners who focus on complex mergers and acquisitions. The rising stars are selected for having demonstrated an “ability to navigate complex dealmaking situations” and a “unique approach to dealmaking.”
Based in the New York office, Mr. McDevitt joined Willkie in 2017 and was elected to the partnership in 2021. His practice spans a variety of industries and includes advising private equity firms and public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other business combinations (both domestic and cross-border), venture financings, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
