The rankings are based on total deal value and deal volume, and Willkie is ranked #1 in both. Specifically, the Paris group is honored for advising on 22 major matters with a combined value of €4,250 million.
Led by partner Paul Lombard, Willkie’s Paris Finance team offers multidisciplinary services in acquisitions, syndicated and equity bridge financings, debt restructuring and private placements to clients in France and internationally. Recognized as one of the strongest leveraged finance teams in the Paris market, the group welcomed partner Thomas Binet in 2020 and elected Igor Kukhta a partner in the firm in 2021.
