Ms. Tam is among six attorneys nationwide honored for accomplishments in Insurance.
Partner Allison Tam, a member of the firm’s Insurance Transactional and Regulatory Group, was profiled for Law360’s 2020 MVP series as one of six attorneys in the Insurance category. Among her achievements over the past year, she is recognized for her leading role advising KKR, a global investment firm, on its $4.4 billion acquisition of Bermuda-based privately owned insurer Global Atlantic Financial Group.
