Jeffrey Poss, Co-Chair of Willkie’s Private Equity Practice Group, was named Private Equity Adviser of the Year at The Deal’s Middle Market Awards, announced on July 31.
A go-to adviser for many of Willkie’s longtime private equity clients and their portfolio companies, The Deal recognized his work advising clients in all phases of the business lifecycle, including more than 50 deals in the upper middle market in 2019.
