Latinvex – Latin America News and Analysis named Willkie partners Maria-Leticia Ossa Daza and Jorge Kamine to its listing of “Latin America's Top 100 Lawyers” for 2020, which recognizes the top foreign lawyers working in Latin America. Ms. Ossa Daza is honored for excellence in the area of Corporate/M&A and Mr. Kamine is recognized for his achievements in Energy and Project Finance. Criteria for the annual listing is based on a combination of factors, including recent involvement in major deals, prominence of firm in Latin America and recognition from various third-party sources.
Ms. Ossa Daza, who heads Willkie’s Latin American Practice, has been recognized on Latinvex’s Top 100 Female Lawyers in Latin America list consistently since 2014.
