Simon Osborn-King has been named in the 2020 edition of Global Investigations Review ‘40 under 40’ list. The report celebrates the next generation of leading investigations specialists from around the world. Honorees are selected on the basis of matters and quality of recommendations received from peers and independent references.
In a profile published as part of the feature, Mr. Osborn-King credits his work advising Olympus in relation to investigations in several jurisdictions regarding an alleged financial fraud for giving him “the investigations and financial crime bug.” He cites his work assisting Deutsche Bank in its LIBOR investigations through to multi-global settlements for size and complexity, and also for “exemplifying the true value of internal and external teamwork.” Willkie partner Rita Mitchell is among those quoted in the piece, commenting on what sets Mr. Osborn-King apart from his peers.
