A Willkie team led by partners Sarah Kessler, Daniel Durschlag, Mark Proctor and Allison Tam have contributed a chapter on private credit trends to Fund Finance Laws and Regulations 2025, a guide to the latest developments in fund finance laws and regulations by Global Legal Insights.
