Sophie Wollenweber

Sophie Wollenweber is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department advising corporate and financial investors on complex cross-border and national M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises on general corporate law matters. 

Prior to joining Willkie, Sophie worked at Willkie’s London office and other international law firms.

Sophie is fluent in German and English.
