Jonas Volk is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department advising corporate and financial investors on complex cross-border and national M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises on general corporate law matters.  

Prior to joining Willkie, Jonas worked at other international law firms.

Jonas is fluent in German and English.
