Lucille Villié is an associate in the Tax Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Paris.
Lucille advises companies on all French and International Tax aspects related to mergers and acquisitions and the restructuring of listed and unlisted companies. She is also involve in tax litigation.
Graduated from the Master II DJCE in Business Law and Taxation from Nancy II University, Lucille joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in 2013.
Before joining Willkie, Lucille worked in the ninth sub-section of the litigation section of the Council of State.
