Brandon Villa is a litigator and associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Brandon has significant experience in both federal and state courts and in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pre-suit investigations through summary judgment and trial. He has represented clients in high-stakes matters, including contract disputes, antitrust, and ERISA litigation. Brandon also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolutions, including mediation and arbitration. Brandon maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included a range of civil matters.
Brandon is a member of the firm’s Chicago Affinity Group, which includes associates who strive to push forward diversity initiatives within the office and community, including developing a pipeline of diverse students within the legal profession, further developing diverse attorneys within the office, and supporting initiatives and programs that bolster diversity and including within the legal field in Chicago. Brandon is an Associate Director on the Associate Board of the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms, an organization dedicated to developing programs and initiatives to increase the recruitment, retention, and promotion of diverse lawyers in law firms.
