Nicholas Vennekotter

Nick Vennekotter is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department.  Nick focuses his practice on complex litigation involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and breach of contract in trial and appellate courts.  He also performs freedom-to-operate analyses and counsels on strategy concerning prosecution, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property portfolios.  Nick represents clients in various technologies and industries, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, electrical hardware, and manufacturing.
