Adam True is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the Structured Finance & Derivatives Practice Group. Adam is experienced in all aspects of international commercial and investment banking transactions, with a focus on structured finance and securitization transactions across asset classes, corporate debt and equity underwriting, financings and asset-backed commercial paper conduits.
Adam previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director at Natixis, a French investment bank. In that role, he managed a team of lawyers covering transactional matters for the company’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, including structured credit (CLOs and ABS), debt and equity capital markets, fund finance, leveraged finance, project finance, aircraft finance, energy and commodities finance, commercial real estate lending, an SEC-registered CMBS shelf, and asset-backed commercial paper conduit program. He also oversaw legal coordination and execution of strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and investment banking advisory services.
Prior to his tenure at Natixis, Adam worked as an associate at an international law firm, and as a senior legislative financial analyst for the New York City Council.
