
Adam True is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the Structured Finance & Derivatives Practice Group. Adam is experienced in all aspects of international commercial and investment banking transactions, with a focus on structured finance and securitization transactions across asset classes.
Adam’s transactional experience includes portfolio acquisitions, forward flow purchases, warehouse financing and term financing through 144A offerings, credit agreements and repurchase agreements. He has participated in structuring commercial paper conduits, master trusts, grantor trusts and owner trusts, as well as other forms of domestic and offshore special purpose entities. Adam also collaborates with the Fund Finance and Backleverage practice group on rated note feeder funds, collateralized fund obligations, and the growing trend of structured finance technology in fund finance.
Adam previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director at a global investment bank. In that role, he managed a team of lawyers covering transactional matters for the company’s Corporate and Investment Banking division across the Americas.
