Naiara Toker

Naiara Toker is an associate in the Litigation Department in the firm’s San Francisco office. Naiara's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and she has contributed to the representation of clients in a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, insurance, media, transportation, hospitality, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Willkie, Naiara was an associate at a leading Canadian law firm where she practiced litigation and arbitration. During law school, Naiara volunteered as a case worker for the Legal information Clinic at McGill and was a teaching assistant to Professor Stephen Smith, helping teach torts to first year students.
