Jessica Tjang is counsel in Willkie’s Finance group. She is based in the Firm's San Francisco office. Jessica's practice focuses on financing transactions, including the representation of private equity sponsors, investment funds, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in leveraged acquisition financings, secured and unsecured financings, refinancings, restructurings, dividend recapitalizations, senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions and cross-border financings. She also has experience in structured finance and securitization transactions.
