Melissa Taustine is an associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and enforcement actions, including government investigations under the federal securities laws, litigation arising out of mergers and acquisitions, and class action litigation. Melissa also has experience representing individuals in criminal investigations brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
