- K-V Pharmaceutical Company, a specialty branded pharmaceutical marketing company primarily focused on women's health care products, and its affiliated debtors in their chapter 11 cases.
- Represent PlayPower, Inc., a leading manufacturer of playground equipment and related systems, and its affiliates in their out-of-court restructuring.
- Represent RathGibson, Inc., a leading specialty manufacturer of highly engineered premium stainless steel and alloy tubular products, and its affiliated debtors in their chapter 11 cases, which included a sale of substantially all assets through a chapter 11 plan.
- Represent Greatwide Logistics Services, Inc., a trucking logistics and distribution company, and its affiliated debtors in the sale of substantially all of company’s assets and a subsequent liquidating chapter 11 plan.
- Represent privately-owned insurance company in its out-of-court restructuring.
- Represent National Energy & Gas Transmission, Inc., an energy company, and its affiliated debtors in their chapter 11 restructuring, which included several sales of the company’s assets.
- Represent Petroleum Geo-Services ASA, a Norwegian oil and gas field exploratory company, in its pre-negotiated chapter 11 restructuring.
