Mila Rusafova is an associate in the Litigation Department. Mila joined Willkie after clerking on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and has represented clients in high-stakes litigation matters in a variety of substantive areas, including contract disputes, civil RICO, ERISA, and consumer class actions.
Mila maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals in child custody and civil rights cases in state and federal court.
