

Emma Rodriguez is an associate in the Litigation Department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in San Francisco.
As a third year law student, Emma briefed, argued, and won two prisoners’ civil rights cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as part of Berkeley Law’s Ninth Circuit Practicum. Before law school, Emma was a crisis advocate for a gender-based violence crisis center based in New Hampshire. Emma received their Bachelor of Arts in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Studio Art from Dartmouth College in 2020.
