Louis Quagliato is counsel in Willkie’s Finance Department. He is based in the Firm's New York office, focusing on debt financing transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and lenders in connection with a wide variety of debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, syndicated loan transactions, direct lending transactions, refinancings, asset-based lending, junior lien and mezzanine financings, in-court and out-of-court restructurings and general corporate debt financing transactions.
