Addison Perkins

Addison is an associate in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. She represents a mix of financial institutions, corporations and developers in the development and financing of renewable energy projects. In recent years, her practice has focused on complex project financings for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage facilities located throughout North America. In connection with such representations, Addison has negotiated equity capital contribution agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, power purchase agreements, secured hedging arrangements and tax credit purchase and sale agreements.

She is a member of the Willkie Green Team, which focuses on implementing the firm’s long-term sustainability and environmental initiatives, including steps to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
