Dr. Christina Papadimitriou-Kowalczyk

Dr. Christina Papadimitriou-Kowalczyk is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department, advising on M&A and private equity transactions as well as on general corporate law, restructuring matters and joint ventures. Further, she has advised on venture capital transactions. Her practice focuses on representing international clients in complex national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.

Christina has particular experience in transactions in the sectors d2c, healthcare, industrials, medical technology, real estate and software.

Prior to joining Willkie, Christina worked at a professorial chair on business law at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and at other international law firms in Germany, Athens and Los Angeles.

Christina is fluent in German and English and speaks also Greek and French.
