Gina Oderda is counsel in Willkie’s Private Wealth Group. She is based in the Firm's Chicago office. 

Her practice focuses on estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and planning for family-owned businesses.  She has extensive experience in wealth transfer planning, family business governance and succession planning, and the oversight and administration of trusts, estates, and charitable organizations.
