Steven Matos is an associate in the Asset Management Department. Steven represents a variety of investment advisers, hedge funds, family offices and other private funds investing in the U.S. and abroad. He advises fund managers in connection with fund formations and restructurings, day-to-day operations, investor communications, and negotiations of side letters, separately managed account agreements and placement agreements. He also counsels clients on trading and conflict issues and SEC and CFTC regulatory compliance.
