Tiffany M. Lin is an associate in the Litigation Department in the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation for both businesses and individuals across the technology and financial sectors. Tiffany represents clients in all facets of litigation before arbitral tribunals and federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, and in both individual and class actions.

Tiffany also maintains an active prisoner civil rights pro bono practice and has successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Experience

Prior to joining Willkie, Tiffany served as a Deputy County Counsel for the Office of the County Counsel, County of Santa Clara, San José, CA. She also previously served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for the Honorable Jon P. McCalla, District Judge, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
