Melanie L. Lee is an associate in the Litigation Department. Melanie has represented clients in high-stakes matters across a variety of substantive areas, including complex commercial matters, securities and commodities class actions, IP litigation, appellate matters, and white collar matters. She also has experience with administrative law and related regulatory issues.

Melanie has represented clients in both federal and state courts at all stages of litigation. She routinely drafts dispositive and other significant motions, as well as appellate briefs. She has significant experience in taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, managing discovery, and overseeing mediations.

Melanie’s pro bono practice includes representing clients in affirmative and defensive immigration proceedings.
