Joe Laurel

Jose F. (Joe) Laurel is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Joe represents private equity funds, venture capital funds, management teams and corporate strategics in the finance, technology, software, energy and infrastructure sectors, primarily focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, venture capital investments and other complex corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Willkie, Joe served as a law clerk to the United States Senate (Judiciary Committee), United States Department of Energy (Office of Fossil Energy) and the United States Commodities Futures Trading Commission (Division of Enforcement).
