Sara Kim is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on all phases of complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. Sara has represented clients in high-stakes litigation matters, including consumer class actions, insurance coverage and contract disputes, and ERISA litigation. She has experience in drafting dispositive motions, managing wide-ranging discovery, taking depositions, and preparing witnesses for trial. Most recently, she was part of a trial team that secured a favorable verdict for Willkie’s client on all counts immediately following closing arguments in an ERISA action.
Sara maintains an active pro bono practice, where she has represented individuals in immigration and civil rights cases.
