Sara Kim is a senior associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on all phases of complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, including pre-suit investigations through summary judgment and trial. Sara has represented clients in high-stakes litigation matters, including consumer class actions, insurance coverage and contract disputes, and ERISA, and advised public corporations on internal and governmental investigations and board matters. Sara maintains an active pro bono practice, where she has represented individuals in immigration and civil rights cases and counseled non-profit organizations. 

Sara is co-chair of the firm’s Chicago Affinity Group and a leader of the firm’s First Generation Professionals Affinity Group. Sara serves on the Associate Board of the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms and the Young Professionals Board of Brookfield Zoo Chicago.
