Peter Kim is counsel in the Real Estate Department. His practice is focused on commercial leasing transactions and the acquisition and disposition of properties. Peter regularly advises tenants as well as private and institutional investors and other owners of real property on sophisticated transactions across a range of asset types, including office, retail and industrial. He has significant experience representing tenants in an array of industries and brings an acute understanding of his clients’ operational needs to the negotiation and drafting of contracts. Peter also advises real estate investors on purchase and sale transactions, where he focuses on anticipating and addressing potential issues in order to help clients make the right business decisions.
