Sophia Khorshad

Sophia Khorshad is an associate in the Litigation Department.  Her practice focuses on government investigations and enforcement actions, as well as complex commercial litigation and class actions associated with such investigations.  Sophia has experience representing clients in actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), and various state agencies.  Sophia also has experience with both federal and state litigation arising out of mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the emerging SPAC sector.

Sophia also has an active pro bono practice, including impact class action litigation and robust asylum and immigration-related matters.
