

Jason Kelly is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Washington, DC. Jason’s practice centers on high-stakes commercial litigation, federal investigations and enforcement actions, and internal corporate investigations. He has represented multinational corporations in the energy and financial sectors in complex cross-border contractual disputes and RICO Act litigation, and in responding to inquiries from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Jason has substantial experience in matters involving compliance with U.S. and international anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
Jason maintains an active pro bono practice assisting combat veterans in securing government benefits.
In law school, Jason was awarded NYU Law’s 2021 Corporate Compliance and Enforcement Award, edited NYU Law’s Compliance & Enforcement blog, and served as an executive editor for NYU Law’s Journal of Legislation & Public Policy.
