Pia Williams Keevil
Partner, Litigation
Pia Keevil is a partner in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Her practice covers a range of complex civil litigation and regulatory matters with a focus on securities and financial reporting. She represents clients in investigations by US law enforcement and regulatory agencies, including the SEC and PCAOB. She has also conducted internal corporate investigations and advised clients on compliance issues, including relating to bribery and corruption. Pia has particular experience in international and cross-border matters, having handled matters in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. She speaks fluent Spanish.
Pia worked in the firm’s London office for two years, where she was a member of the Litigation, Compliance, Investigations & Enforcement Practice Group, as well as the White Collar Defense Practice Group. In addition to representing UK clients in investigations by law enforcement and regulatory entities, Pia also advised companies on developing and benchmarking compliance programs and conducted pre-merger and third-party due diligence with respect to anti-corruption and other compliance issues.
