Alexander Kang

Alex Kang is an associate in the Intellectual Property department in Palo Alto. Alex’s practice focuses on a wide variety of technology and commercial transactions, including counseling and advising clients on intellectual property issues and drafting development, licensing, supply and manufacturing, distribution, SaaS, and other strategic intellectual property and technology related agreements. He also has experience advising clients on the intellectual property and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and research and development. Alex advises companies in a number of different industries, including software, life sciences, healthcare, semiconductor, electronics and entertainment.
