Christian Herzig Roldán is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department advising on equity capital markets transactions, in particular initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases/rights offerings and private placements as well as on debt capital markets transactions. He further advises on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and on general corporate law matters.
In parallel to his admission as a lawyer, he obtained a master's degree in economics.
Prior to joining Willkie, Christian worked at another international law firm.
Christian is fluent in German, Spanish and English.
