

Charles is a senior associate in the Asset Management Department of Willkie in London. He specialises in advising fund managers on the formation of, and fundraising process for, private investment funds across all major asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit and ‘fund of funds’. Charles also has experience advising clients across a range of other fund-related matters, including GP-led secondary transactions, GP-stake acquisitions, managed account arrangements and single asset and co-investment vehicles as well as providing strategic advice in respect of the spin-out/establishment of new fund managers. Charles also regularly advises clients on their investments into private investment funds.
Prior to re-joining Willkie, Charles spent two years as legal counsel at a leading asset manager and has previously completed a secondment to a leading private equity firm headquartered in Boston.
