Louis-François Guéret is a partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. He is based in the Firm’s Paris office.
Louis-François’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions for both non-listed and listed companies, including tender offers, take-private and equity capital markets transactions, and investments in listed companies. He is experienced in securities law, corporate governance and reorganization of groups of companies. Louis-François has also advised on litigation matters relating to corporate and stock market law before national courts and the French securities commission (AMF).
In addition, Louis-François is a member of the Commercial and Economic Law Commission of the Paris Bar and the co-head of the corporate law section. In this capacity, he speaks at conferences regularly organized by the Commission.
