Julien Giglio is an associate within the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Brussels. He advises clients in all sorts of complex commercial, regulatory and criminal litigation matters. Julien has specific experience in representing clients in private equity and investment funds industry. He obtained a Master’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in business management, allowing him to grasp the full scope of legal and business issues of his clients and their businesses. Prior to joining Willkie, he was a legal manager at a Luxembourg Professionnel du Secteur Financier (PSF) regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), dealing with complex PERE cross-border transactions.
