Gerald is regularly involved in amicable and judicial restructuring matters, including (pre) insolvency proceedings and various distressed transactions on behalf of public and non-public debtors, creditors and shareholders as well as for investment funds.
Gerald also advises on distressed and non-distressed mergers and acquisitions.
